Create mockups from the customer artwork
The blank product photo with the customer's own file applied to it, generated for a print so nobody builds one by hand for every store order.
It is a draft held on the order until you save it, so your team sees it before the customer ever does.
Build an automation from a sentence
Describe what you want to happen and PrintBlocks drafts the rule against your real statuses, templates, people and integrations.

Does AI change our data by itself?
No. Every one of these produces a draft that a person reviews and saves. There are two exceptions and both are yours to decide: the store assistant, where the customer is the one adding to the cart and checking out, and your own AI agent, which can only write if you grant it write access.
What can our own AI agent do?
It reads and answers from the areas you grant it, which are orders, customers, jobs, catalog and reports. With write access it can also move a status, comment on an order, update a job, create or update a customer and restock a product. It can never delete anything.
Does it use our actual print shop information?
Yes. Everything on this page works from the live records in PrintBlocks: your orders, customers, production jobs, statuses, dates, catalog and prices.
Can AI write the emails we send customers?
It drafts the email templates your shop sends, filled with the order fields and ready for you to edit. These are the emails your automations send on an order, rather than a marketing campaign tool.
Can AI send something to a customer on its own?
Only where you told it to. A drafted template sends nothing until you save it and an automation you wrote uses it, so the decision to send is always a rule your shop set up.
Can we edit the result?
Yes. Drafted orders, mockups, automations and email templates all open for review and editing before anything is saved or sent.
Do we have to use every AI capability?
No. Use the ones that suit your shop and leave the rest alone. The store assistant is switched on per store, so a shop that does not want one never opens it.
What does it cost?
The text features are part of the plan, and so is connecting your own AI agent. Image generation includes 100 a month and is $0.20 each after that, because every image has a real cost to us. The store assistant is billed per message, at $0.05, so it costs nothing on a quiet week.
Is our data used to train anything?
No. It is sent to answer your request and nothing else.
