An order contains everything the customer purchased. A production job represents a specific piece of work, such as a front screen print, a back DTF print or embroidery on a cap. One order can contain several production jobs.
Do all jobs within an order have to move forward together?
No. Each job can have its own status, files, assignee and production date, allowing it to progress independently according to what is happening on the production floor.
