Can a partner see another partner's customers or orders?
Never. A partner sees their own orders, their own catalog and their own numbers. Their API key is refused on anything outside that, including a general catalog read.
What if a partner has no website?
They can place orders in the portal by hand, through a short product-and-quantity flow. The portal is a full way to order, not only a place to watch integrations.
Can partners contact us through the portal?
Only if you want. Chat is limited to the staff you nominate for that partner, and it is off until you nominate someone.
